Owner Shantell, has been on her personal fitness journey for over 25 years. She is a former NFL cheerleader, mother of five, wife and has a fulltime career where she is in a leadership position. Shantell has instructed group fitness classes for a nationally recognized gym chain and hosted several group fitness sessions.
